When this option is enabled, customers are permitted to propose their own price to the driver. By selecting the bid price type, the administrator can determine whether the bid price will be payable as a percentage or as a flat amount. The "bid lower price" represents the minimum amount a customer can offer, determined by the bid price type. If the bid price type is set to "flat" and the bid lower price is $50, the customer cannot offer a bid lower than $50. Conversely, if the bid price type is set to "percentage" and the bid lower price is set at 50%, the customer's offer must be at least 50% of the booking price. For example, if the booking price is $200 and the bid lower price is set to 50%, the customer’s bid cannot be less than $100.

Go to settings>general settings Choose booking type System Price With Bid :- With System price with Bid enabled Customer will have the option to choose System price or Bid for booking. System Price:- With only System price enabled booking can only be made by the system generated price. Bid(customer screen):- With only Bid enabled booking will be done by bidding. Driver screen:

Feature Overview: Tips on Customer Rating Page When a customer completes a ride and is prompted to rate the driver, they will have the option to add a tip. The default tip suggestions (e.g.,$5, $10, $20,) are provided for convenience, but the customer can also enter a custom amount if they prefer. Admin Control of Tips Option Admins have full control over the tip suggestions and the visibility of the tips option on the customer rating page. Configuring Default Tip Suggestions The Admin can manage the default tip amounts displayed to customers. By default, the amounts are $10, $20, and $30. However, the Admin can specify custom amounts in the settings. Once configured, the specified amounts will appear as suggestions on the customer's rating screen. Steps: ⦁ Navigate to the Admin dashboard. ⦁ Open the Settings >> General Settings section. ⦁ Enter the desired tip suggestions (e.g., 5, 15, 25). ⦁ Click SUBMIT to apply changes. Enabling or Disabling Tips on the Customer Rating Page The Admin can choose whether or not the tip option is available to customers when they rate a driver. If the tips option is disabled, the customer will only see the rating page without the option to leave a tip. Steps: ⦁ Go to the Admin dashboard. ⦁ In theSettings >> General Settings section, toggle the Disable Tips button. ⦁ On: Tips will be visible to the customer. ⦁ Off: The tip option will be hidden. ⦁ Click Submit.
