3. Booking: Customers are not allowed to choose a bid price for bookings.
4. Price Negotiation: Counter offers on the system price are not permitted.
5. Admin Capabilities: Administrators have the ability to book rides on behalf of
customers and assign drivers to those rides.
6. Driver can not bid only accept the booking

6. Driver can Bid with various amounts, also enter manual amounts.
