What it does
Incoming support tickets are automatically classified (refund, driver complaint, app issue, account question) and prioritised by urgency. The agent drafts a reply in the customer's language — Hindi and Arabic native, English default.

How is pricing structured?
$99/month flat. No per-query fees, no usage quotas, no setup fee, no overage charges. Billed monthly and can be cancelled independently of your base plan at any time.
Does it work for both Taxi and Grocery?
Yes. All four agents work with both services. Customer Insights and Reports Agent have service-specific outputs — for Grocery, you also get product-level demand and vendor performance data.
Do I need to configure anything?
No. Exicube configures the agents during onboarding. You do not need to connect APIs, write prompts, or manage infrastructure. The agents run automatically on your data.
What languages does Support Triage support?
Hindi, Arabic, and English natively. Other languages are handled via translation, with a quality note in the draft reply.
Can I cancel the Intelligence Pack without cancelling my base plan?
Yes. The Intelligence Pack is an independent add-on. Cancelling it does not affect your Taxi or Grocery plan.
