How is delivery tracking different from ride tracking?
Delivery tracking is optimised for grocery — it includes order status stages (picking, packing, out for delivery), OTP confirmation, and integrates with OPM (Operation Manager). Ride tracking in the Driver App focuses on passenger pickup and drop-off.
Does the customer need to install an app?
Yes — the grocery customer app provides the full tracking experience with real-time GPS updates, ETA, and delivery notifications.
What mapping technology is used?
We use open-source maps and routing, which is why they're included at no extra cost — saving you an estimated $500–2,000+/mo compared to Google Maps. If you prefer Google Maps, you can bring your own API key.
Can the admin see all deliveries at once?
Yes. The Eagle Eye View in the admin panel shows all active deliveries on a single map with filters by zone, status, and driver.
