FAQ
Corporate account questions answered
Which plan includes corporate accounts?
Corporate accounts are available on Advanced and Pro tiers. Starter does not include corporate account support.
How does corporate billing work?
Corporate clients receive consolidated monthly invoices for all rides booked under their account. Individual riders don't pay — the company is billed. You can break down costs by department or cost centre.
Can corporate clients book rides for their guests?
Yes. Hotels and hospitality businesses can book rides on behalf of guests directly from the corporate portal. The booking is charged to the corporate account.
Can companies set ride policies?
Yes. Corporate clients can configure policies such as allowed vehicle types, maximum fare limits, permitted booking hours, and geographic zones — all from the corporate portal.
Who pays for corporate rides?
The company pays. Rides booked under a corporate account are billed to the company via consolidated monthly invoicing — riders never see a charge.
