Is OPM only for grocery?
Yes. The Operation Manager app is designed specifically for grocery delivery operations. Taxi services don't require OPM.
Which plan includes OPM?
OPM is included in all grocery plans (Starter, Advanced, Pro). It's part of the core grocery platform.
Can the OPM be used on a tablet?
OPM is a web-based portal. It can be accessed from any browser on desktop or tablet, but it is not a dedicated mobile app.
How does inventory sync work?
Stock levels are updated in real-time as items are picked and orders are completed. Low stock alerts notify admins when items need restocking.
