OPM is a dedicated app for your warehouse or store staff. They receive incoming orders, pack items, update stock levels, and mark orders as ready for driver pickup — all in real-time.
Can I manage inventory and stock levels?
Yes. The OPM app includes full inventory management: stock tracking, low-stock alerts, product management, and stock movement history.
How does delivery dispatch work for grocery?
Starter includes Nearest Driver auto-dispatch. Advanced and Pro unlock 3 strategies: Nearest Driver, Broadcast (all drivers), and Score-Based. When an order is packed and marked ready, the system automatically dispatches to available drivers using your chosen strategy.
Do customers get real-time delivery tracking?
Yes. Customers see live GPS tracking of their delivery driver, estimated arrival time, and order status updates via push notifications.
Can I set up delivery zones and fees?
Yes. Delivery coverage is configured via radius-based zones per vehicle type, and delivery fees are calculated based on distance (per-km rate), base fare, and time. You configure all of this from the admin panel.
