Admin panel questions answered
Is the admin panel a web app?
Yes. It runs in any modern browser. Optimized for desktop but responsive for tablet use.
Can I have multiple admin users?
Yes. Create unlimited admin users with role-based access: Admin (full), Fleet Admin (drivers/vehicles only), or CRM Agent (support only).
Can I see drivers on a live map?
Yes. The Eagle Eye View shows all online drivers in real-time with their status (available, busy, offline), current location, and active booking details.
How do driver payouts work?
Automated weekly payouts via Stripe Connect every Monday. You can also process manual payouts and view full payout history.
Can I configure different fare structures?
Yes. Set base fare, per-km rate, per-minute rate, minimum fare, and cancellation fees per vehicle type. Each type can also use a different pricing mode (distance, hourly, or service-at-location). Surge pricing multipliers are configured separately.
Does the platform support GDPR requirements?
Yes — the admin panel includes GDPR-supportive tooling: dedicated endpoints for customer data export and erasure, plus an automated daily job for data retention that soft-deletes expired records while preserving financial data for the legally required 7-year period. You remain responsible for your own GDPR compliance obligations as the Data Controller.
Does the admin panel generate reports?
Yes. PDF ride receipts (branded, A4 with fare breakdown), driver earnings statements (commission breakup, tax, cash/card split), and CSV data exports are all available from the panel.
How do I track map API costs?
The platform includes a Geo API audit tracker that logs every outbound geocoding, routing, and map tile request. View usage statistics per provider from the admin panel to monitor costs.
