Taxi & Grocery: Starter supports up to 5,000 customers and 500 drivers, Advanced up to 15,000 customers and 1,500 drivers (+ multi-vendor support), Pro up to 30,000 customers and 3,000 drivers (+ multi-vendor support). Taxi Enterprise offers unlimited drivers with custom infrastructure. Limits count monthly active customers and monthly active drivers, meaning a customer who opens the app at least once in the month and a driver who goes online at least once — if you approach your plan's capacity, we'll notify you and help you upgrade; nothing stops working overnight.

SMS notifications, payment gateway transaction fees (e.g., Stripe's 2.9%), email delivery services, and app store developer fees ($25 Google Play, $99/yr Apple) are billed directly by those providers to you. We use open-source maps and routing, which is why they're included at no extra cost — saving you an estimated $500–2,000+/mo compared to commercial map API fees. If you prefer Google Maps, you can bring your own API key and we'll configure it for you.

Starter: email support with 24-hour response target. Advanced: email + chat support with 4-hour response target. Pro: priority support with 1-hour response target, phone access, and video calls. Response times are targets, not guaranteed SLAs.

Yes — a setup fee for app customisation, branding, and deployment, paid in three parts (signing, branded preview, go-live), so you never pay everything upfront. If we fail to deliver within 15 working days, every part you have paid is refunded under our Failed Service Delivery policy. Otherwise each part is non-refundable once its stage's work has begun, and monthly fees are billed in advance and non-refundable. Non-excludable statutory rights always apply.
