Full white-label deployment: custom branding, app configuration, managed cloud hosting setup, app store submission (iOS + Android), payment gateway integration, and QA testing. It is paid in three parts — a third when you sign, a third when you see your branded app on a test phone, and a third at go-live.
Cloud hosting, security patches, bug fixes, automated server monitoring, and app store compliance. Support scales with your plan: Starter includes email support (24hr response target), Advanced adds live chat (4hr target), and Pro includes priority support (1hr target) with phone and video calls. Response times are targets, not guaranteed SLAs. Third-party services like SMS (Twilio), payment processing fees (Stripe), and app store developer fees are billed separately by those providers.
7–15 business days from the date we receive all prerequisites (branding assets, app store developer accounts, payment gateway keys). Excludes weekends, public holidays, and app store review times (determined by Apple/Google). Custom feature work is scoped separately and not included in this timeline.

No. Exicube is fully managed — we handle all technical aspects. You manage your business through the admin panel. No coding required.
Upon cancellation, managed services (hosting, maintenance, security patches, support) cease at the end of the billing cycle. You have 30 days to export your business data. You can re-activate anytime.
If we fail to deliver within 15 working days of receiving your prerequisites, due to our own limitations, every setup payment you have made is refunded under our Failed Service Delivery policy. Otherwise each setup payment is non-refundable once its stage's work has begun, because every stage is work done specifically for you. Your monthly plan can be cancelled at any time with no long-term contract. Non-excludable statutory rights always apply.
