Dispatch questions answered
Can I switch between dispatch strategies?
Yes. You can change the active dispatch strategy from the Admin Panel at any time. Advanced and Pro tiers support all 5 strategies.
How does re-dispatch work?
If a driver doesn't respond within the configured interval (default: 60–90 seconds), the system re-dispatches to the next eligible driver. You can configure the maximum number of attempts before auto-cancellation.
Does the score affect other features?
Driver scores are used for Score-Based dispatch priority. Higher-scored drivers get jobs first. Scores also factor into the match score calculation for all strategies.
Can I use different strategies for different service types?
Yes. Taxi supports all 5 strategies. Grocery supports Nearest Driver, Broadcast, and Score-Based.
What happens when no driver accepts?
After the configured maximum re-dispatch attempts, the booking is automatically cancelled and the customer is notified via push notification and SSE.
