What platforms does the driver app support?
Both iOS and Android. We handle App Store and Play Store submission under your brand.
Can drivers create their own bookings?
Yes. Drivers can create 'offload' bookings for passengers who hail them on the street. These bookings are tracked and counted towards performance.
How does the premium subscription work?
Drivers can subscribe (via Stripe or Square) to get priority dispatch when the Premium First strategy is active. The subscription price and duration are configured by the admin from the admin panel.
Is navigation built in?
Yes. Route navigation with open-source maps included at no extra cost — saving you $500–2,000+/mo vs Google Maps. If you prefer Google Maps, bring your own API key.
How are payouts processed?
Automated weekly payouts every Monday via Stripe Connect. Drivers can also request manual payouts from their earnings dashboard.
