- Starter: Up to 5,000 active customers · 500 active drivers, counted as monthly active. If we do not deliver within 15 working days of receiving your prerequisites, due to our own limitations, every setup payment you have made is refunded.

Marketplace commission, or a flat monthly fee
On a marketplace the platform takes a share of every order. On Exicube there is no per-order fee: the monthly fee is the whole Exicube bill, and you set your own delivery fees, zones and pricing from the admin panel. Your payment gateway charges its own processing fees, which are separate.
