- Third-party fees are billed by those providers: SMS, payment gateway transaction fees, email delivery and app store developer accounts. Starter does not include surge pricing, fleet admin, the five-strategy dispatch, corporate accounts, the CRM portal or in-app voice calls; those come with Advanced and Pro. The AI Intelligence Pack is a $99 a month add-on. Custom feature work is scoped separately and is not in the launch timeline. If we do not deliver within 15 working days of receiving your prerequisites, due to our own limitations, every setup payment you have made is refunded.
A custom build is the long way to the same eight apps. The platform already exists, has been in use since 2017 and is deployed for each operator under his own brand, so the work is configuration, branding, store submission and hosting rather than months of development. - Booking with a fare estimate, a choice of vehicle type, scheduled rides, up to five stops, a mid-ride destination change and booking for another person.
- Dispatch with up to five strategies, automatic re-dispatch when a driver does not respond, and surge pricing with four triggers on Advanced and Pro.
- Three pricing modes per vehicle type: distance, hourly rental and flat service-at-location.
- Driver bidding, driver performance scoring, in-app chat, and in-app voice calls on Pro.
- Fleet admin for operators who manage several drivers, corporate accounts for business travel, and a CRM portal for support.
- Self-hosted maps and routing in every plan; bring your own Google Maps key if you prefer it.
- Payments by Stripe, Square, cash or an in-app wallet, with promo codes.

A custom build starts from nothing and ends with code you then have to host, submit, patch and support.
