FAQ
Inventory questions answered
Is inventory management only for grocery?
Inventory management is designed for grocery delivery operations. Vendors manage their own inventory through the vendor portal, and admins can manage stock levels from the admin panel.
Can I set different thresholds per product?
Yes. Each product can have its own low-stock threshold. When the count drops below it, the system triggers an alert.
How does stock sync with the customer app?
Real-time. When stock reaches zero, the product is automatically hidden or shown as 'out of stock' in the customer catalog. No manual intervention needed.
Can I bulk-import products?
Yes. Use the CSV import feature to add or update hundreds of products at once, including stock quantities.
Does this work with multiple store locations?
Stock management is handled per deployment. Each deployment can manage its own inventory through the admin panel.
