If we fail to deliver within 15 working days due to our own limitations, every setup milestone payment you've made is refunded in full under our Failed Service Delivery policy. Standard deployment is 7–15 business days from the date we receive all prerequisites (branding assets, app store accounts, payment gateway keys). Excludes weekends, public holidays, app store review times, and any custom feature work.
No Per-Trip Fees
Zero per-trip fees from Exicube — the monthly fee is the whole Exicube bill. Third-party costs (Stripe processing, Twilio SMS, app store fees) are billed separately by those providers.

What does the setup fee cover?▾
Full white-label deployment: branding, app configuration, managed cloud hosting setup, app store submission (iOS + Android), payment gateway integration, and QA testing. It's billed in three milestone payments — a third on signing, a third when you see your branded app on a test phone, and a third at go-live.
Why do prices vary by service?▾
Pricing reflects feature complexity. Taxi includes real-time dispatch (5 strategies), fleet management, surge pricing (4 types), route changes, and in-app voice calls — the most complex platform. Grocery includes OPM, delivery tracking, and multi-vendor support with vendor portal and product catalog.
Are there any per-ride or per-order fees?▾
No. Zero transaction fees from Exicube. You pay only the fixed monthly managed service fee. Your payment gateway (e.g., Stripe) may charge its own processing fees, which are separate.
Can I upgrade my plan later?▾
Yes, you can upgrade anytime. You only pay the difference in setup fees (prorated) and the new monthly rate starts immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We accept all major credit cards and wire transfer. Each setup milestone is invoiced separately as it's reached; the monthly fee is billed monthly.
Is there a free trial?▾
We offer a live demo of the full platform. We don't offer free trials for the platform itself — each deployment is custom-built and branded for you. Each setup milestone becomes non-refundable once that stage's work begins; our Failed Service Delivery policy refunds every milestone you've paid if we don't deliver on time.
Is hosting included?▾
Yes. Cloud hosting is included in all plans, sized for your scale. Taxi & Grocery: Starter supports up to 5,000 customers and 500 drivers, Advanced up to 15,000 customers and 1,500 drivers (+ multi-vendor support), Pro up to 30,000 customers and 3,000 drivers (+ multi-vendor support). Taxi Enterprise offers unlimited drivers with custom infrastructure. Limits refer to monthly active customers and onboarded drivers — if you approach your plan's capacity, we'll notify you and help you upgrade; nothing stops working overnight.
What third-party costs are separate?▾
SMS notifications (e.g., Twilio), payment gateway transaction fees (e.g., Stripe's 2.9%), email delivery services, and app store developer fees ($25 Google Play, $99/yr Apple) are billed directly by those providers to you. We use open-source maps and routing, which is why they're included at no extra cost — saving you an estimated $500–2,000+/mo compared to commercial map API fees. If you prefer Google Maps, you can bring your own API key and we'll configure it for you.
What support is included?▾
Starter: email support with 24-hour response target. Advanced: email + chat support with 4-hour response target. Pro: priority support with 1-hour response target, phone access, and video calls. Response times are targets, not guaranteed SLAs.

Our Failed Service Delivery policy applies if we don't deliver within 15 working days, and non-excludable statutory rights always apply.
